that although slower than the
Fipronil (FC) formulation, having a slower kill, it has
been found to spread more thoroughly through the population.

Combinations
(HYDRAMETHYLNON) FEATURES:
- # Active ingredient: Hydramethylnon..2.15%
- # Unlike insecticides, baits can be strategically placed at sites
of roach activity. Baits generally lasts longer than sprays.
- # Hydramethylnon's powerful delayed-action makes it an ideal active
ingredient for bait products. While traditional insecticides such as
organophosphates, carbamates and pyrethroids affect the nervous system
and quickly produce hyperexcitation and convulsions, hydramethylnon
works gradually as a metabolic poison. After a single feeding by target
insects, there are no immediate symptoms of poisoning. Within a few
hours, however, the insects become lethargic and stop eating. This condition
progresses until the insects die within 24 to 72 hours.

Hydramethylnon is most active against energetic insects, and its speed
of kill increases with an increase in temperature and insect activity.
Insects have shown no signs of resistance to hydramethylnon.

- Application rate of Maxforce Roach Gel Bait is dependent
on level of infestation.
It can be applied as spots(size of a dime) or as a bead in cracks and
crevices.
Place Maxforce Roach Bait Gel near the cockroaches' harborages, food
and water sources.
Usual places for bait placements are in dark,warm and damp areas.
As a general rule, smaller, more frequent gel applications are more
effective than fewer,
larger placements. NEVER SPRAY insecticides over bait placements
or on newly sprayed surfaces, because it would contaminate the bait.
Temperature ranges should be between 10-120 degrees F. Reapply the gel,
when Maxforce roach bait is no longer visibly present,
according to the remaining level of infestation,
which is generally at a lower rate than the initial treament. You should
start to see results in 3-4 days, with elimination in 3-4 weeks..
if you reapply the bait in areas that they are consuming the bait.
So visibly inspect and monitor the bait placements.
