| Application | Flat fan spraying tips are recommended when applying MYSTIC™ HC to turf. Greater volumes of spray solution should be used when MYSTIC HC is applied to areas which are difficult to mark. Longer or thinner stands of turf may be more difficult to mark due to the non-uniform marking surface. Increasing the total volume of spray solution applied to those areas should reduce marking difficulty. Experimentation with the volume of spray solution and rate of MYSTIC HC applied per acre or area should allow the applicator to establish an economical and effective rate for each application. When applied by handgun or boom sprayers, add 10-25 oz. per 100 gallons (4-8 oz. per acre) in 5-20 gallons of water per acre. If higher gallonage of water per acre is used, adjust rate of MYSTIC HC accordingly. Spot or handgun applications using MYSTIC HC may be performed utilizing backpack or handgun equipment. Add 1/8 - 1/4 oz. of MYSTIC HC per gallon when applied by spot guns or backpack sprayers. |
