EcoVia EC Emulsifiable Concentrate
Rockwell Lab's new broad spectrum insecticide, EcoVia EC, is a research based botanical insecticide. It contains thyme oil and rosemary oil. This next generation NOP compliant product is an EPA exempt, FIFRA25-b organic essential oil insecticide.
Unlike earlier generation essential oil insecticides, EcoVia EC mixes extraordinarily well in water and stays in solution meaning more consistent efficacy. EcoVia EC is a green solution to many insect problems such as ants, roaches, fleas, mosquitoes, ticks, spiders, wasps, stink bugs, bed bugs, aphids and more.
EcoVia EC may be sprayed or used in fogging equipment.
In lab, field, and real world customer tests, EcoVia EC has been outstanding on a broad range of crawling, flying and sucking insects.

Application Methods- Indoor Pests
Crawling Insects and General Pests: Use a pressurized compressed sprayer as a coarse, wet spray. Treat areas where pests travel, feed or find shelter. Spray cracks and crevices, baseboards, corners, around utility pipes, behind appliances, around windows and doors, around floor drains and other pest harborage areas.
Ants Control: For ant control, use the higher rate for large ants or heavy infestations. Spray cracks and crevices, ant trails, entry points and other areas where there is ant activity.
 Ticks, Fleas and Bed Bugs:

Ticks and Fleas: Mix at the rate of 2.0 oz per gallon and spray until the area is damp. Do not spray directly on pets, but may apply to pet beds. Spray floor surface areas, cracks, and crevices, and carpeted/rug areas.
Bed Bugs: First, take the bed apart and remove bedding. Mix 2.0 oz per gallon of water and spray the interior joints and cracks and framework of the bed. If the head board is wall mounted, remove and spray the back side.You can spray the mattresses, pay particular attention to tufts, edges, and seams. Treat also around moldings, hollow furniture legs, along baseboards, cracks, and crevices and other areas where bedbugs hiding. Use Cimexa Dust to treat inside light switch plates. If you have bed bugs on couches and chairs that are upholstered, address these areas as well. Lift up cushions and treat the underside. Treat any joints, folds, and edges of the upholstered areas. Do not treat stuffed animals or toys with this product.
Flying Insects and Fogging: Fog using a cold fogger or misting system, using 2-4 oz per gallon as a space spray. Use lower rates for food facilities. Apply at the rate of 1-3 oz per 1,000 cubic feet.
Food Processing Plants (Including Federally Inspected Plants): Label calls for removing all food products or covered during treatment. Do not fog or space spray while the plant is in operation. All persons must leave areas during treatment. Close and shut off ventilating equipment and air conditioning and ventilate treated areas before reoccupying. Treat at the rate of 1-2 oz per gallon in a compressed sprayer or fogger. If you using as a crack and crevice treatment only, processing operations may continue. See label for oil dilutions.

Treat areas where pests are present, or where pests normally feed, find shelter, or travel. Thoroughly spray all cracks and crevices where insects may hide or enter the building. Some of these areas include baseboards, floorboards, corners, around water and utility pipes, behind and under refrigerators, cabinets, sinks, behind and beneath equipment and appliances, around floor drains, window and door frames and other possible pest harborage sites. Do not apply directly to house plants. Cover/avoid any pools or aquaria prior to spraying. |
