Mixture|Application Use with drop spreaders or rotary spreaders

Directions for Use:

How to Use:
Apply 10 lbs per 5000 sq. ft. Lightly watering in the granules after application speeds up the release of material and its penetration into the soil, or you can choose to simply wait for the next rainfaill. After application, mole vole & gopher activity may increase as they leave treated area.

Using a spreader:
To apply this product with a spreader, consult spreader setting instructions for your particular spreader. If uncertain about proper setting, begin at the lowest setting that allows the product to flow evenly through the spreader, and apply 10 lbs per 5000 sq. ft., going over the area to be treated, twice if necessary.

Use When Planting : For Bulbs:
After placing bulb in hole, apply one tablespoon of product per hole, making sure granules surround the bulb, then backfill with soil. When planting ornamental flowers adn shrubs such as : Roses, Azaleas, Rhodendrons, Mums, etc., apply two tablespoons to the bottom of the planting hole and three to four tablespoons to the soil mix before back filling.

Retreatment Lasts up to 3 months. Reapply if you see new activity in mounds or tunnels.

Better than anything else
I've tried all sorts of baits, ranging from Talprid to Juicy Fruit (yes the gum...).
MoleMax is the only thing that works. You have to put in on pretty heavy to see the effect, and there will be an increase in tunnels within the next few days after treatment (because they are trying to escape the repellent), but it works.

Completely Ineffective
Used the product as directed...even tried "the tip" of putting it directly in the run. No effect at all. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this product to anyone. Have had better results in the past controlling moles with milky spore and baits.

Excellent Product to Deter Rabbits
Bonide MoleMax has worked very successfully to keep rabbits from nibbling on small plants. A couple of foundation plants were being destroyed by rabbits before I spread MoleMax around the plants. The nibbling stopped completely. I reapply lightly every two weeks or so to insure the pests stay away. I tried the liquid spray version of MoleMax to control moles and it also worked quickly. Seems like a very effective product.

Does not work
I applied it as it said to do and it does not work . Waste of money.

No effect
After spreading 20 lbs per label instructions I can't tell there's any less mole activity.

Moles are Back In Force
Spread the product in late May, no moles but we had a very wet season. Now the pocket gophers are back in force, I hesitate re-spreading MoleMax because I do not want to trap the gophers inside my perimeter. Just ordered another bucket of Eaton Gopher Bait

Good for armadillos
We've had an armadillo digging up our lawn. After putting out Molemax, no more armadillo holes.

Truly did the job!
I've tried several other products to stop the moles and this is the one that truly done the job! I scattered it on the lawn just before it rained and within 4-5 days I seen no more new tunnels in the area I treated. Thanks to Bonide Mole and Vole control!

worked like magic
I ordered it relying on other online reviews on here very dubious of the successful outcome. I spread one bag over 5000 sq feet of lawn and the moles were gone within a week. I couldn't believe it. so effective so quick. mole pest control quoted me 300 for a one time job to get rid of moles, while I spent $20 for this treatment. Boy, do I feel rewarded for taking risks. :-)

This is the only product I know of to repel moles. It does take a couple of weeks to saturate into the soil, but is the ONLY product that works...and will last for about three months, then reapply. Poison granules and worms failed, and traps do nothing for newcomers. Insecticide poisons the soil and groundwater, as well as kills earthworms, which are beneficial. This deterrent is most rewarding, and is priced as low as I have ever seen it. For me, this product is the perfect deterrent, and nothing works as well...nothing. Damn moles.

I think the product is very good
I put down the product approx. a month ago as the weather has been very mild here in northern ohio so far this winter. I had a super highway of mole tracks over my entire back yard. I'm talking tons of underground tunnels making my backyard a spongy mess. Since putting down the product I have only seen one new underground roadway pop up. I may have to put down another treatment in the spring but this looks very hopeful. I find the product to be very economically priced as my lawn service put down a mole treatment (which did nothing) for 30% more than I paid for the 4 bags I purchased. I used a hand spreader to put down the product which was fast and easy. I will know more in the spring after a second treatment.

Used this product last year
I was overrun by Voles the year before last. Their trails are very unsightly, but the lawn grew back in about six weeks. After using MoleMax in late fall before the first snow, there were no signs of the Voles in the spring. This stuff is great.
