Kit Size Options
Spectre 2SC is a non-repellent insecticide, which is an important choice when using insecticides in German roach control. The German roaches cannot detect its presence, and it does not contaminate the bait.
Tekko Pro IGR ( Insect Growth Regulator) is a relatively new IGR that combines two active ingredients to prevent reproduction and destroy survival systems in the German roach.
The Invict Roach Bait is one of the best roach gel baits on the market. This gel bait kills within minutes and has 11 food attractants to combat bait aversion and maximize roach control.
The Roach Pheromone Traps (M327) with a glue surface, and pheromone attracts the German roaches to its sticky surface. These traps are handy for monitoring the German roach population levels in a given area.
Step 1: Mix 3 ounces of Spectre 2 SC and 2 ounces of Tekko Pro in 1 gallon of water. Apply in small amounts directly into cracks and crevices around plumbing, furniture, appliances, sinks and vanities, openings leading to walls, and other areas where roaches hide. Use all of the solution the same day that it is mixed. Any cracks and crevices that are difficult to spray into can be easily treated in step 2 with Invict Gold Roach Bait Gel. Allow the spray to thoroughly dry before beginning step 2.
Step 2: Inside the box of Invict Gold Roach Bait you will find four (4) syringes (tubes) of roach gel. Remove the cap from the tip and use the plunger provided in the kit and push the gel out of the tube. Apply the gel in all other areas where roaches are, or where you think they might be hiding. Use small pea-sized dabs and apply plenty of them. Suggested areas include: under the vanity and under and behind appliances and furniture. Pull drawers out of furniture and place bait in the corners before replacing the drawers. Place more bait where you see roach droppings. Keep in mind that roaches like to feed in the dark, so place the Invict roach gel bait in areas where they can feed on it without coming out into the light. The gel bait will be very attractive to the roaches due to its high moisture content. As it dries, it will be less attractive, but it will continue to work.
Step 3: Allow a few days for the roach population to decline and then put out the Victor Roach and Insect Pheromone Traps. You can separate them into two small traps or use them as one larger trap. Remove the release paper to expose the glue and then fold them into a “tent.” Place them in areas where roaches have been or are likely to be. Use the adhesive strip on the bottom to attach them to walls or under counters. Monitor the traps frequently to help identify areas of heavy roach activity. As the roach population decreases, the traps are an excellent way to discover and pinpoint new roach activity.
Maintenance: For maintenance, we recommend quarterly applications of the Invict Gold Roach Bait Gel. If at any time there is an outbreak of roaches the Spectre 2 SC and Tekko Pro mixture quickly kills any adult roaches that are seen, and Tekko Pro stops the reproduction. . Remember to read and follow the directions on the product label.
