House Flies: How to kill and get rid of Common House Flies

Homeowners can typically control common house flies using disposable fly traps.

• Outdoor House Fly Control: Hang several Catchmaster Disposable Fly Traps 10-30 feet away from the home. We also carry Zyrox Fly Bait, Golden Malrin and Maxforce Fly Baits to kill the flies. When placing bait outside, place it away from you, since they do attract flies. You can use Apache Fly Bait Stations to hold the fly bait.
• Indoor House Fly Control: Place Catchmaster Gold Stick Fly Trap- 10.5 or Catchmaster Gold Stick - 24 on window sills or hang vertically where flies are active. Window Fly Traps are also very effective in catching flies.

  We also carry discreet fly light traps  such as the Naturale Fly Trap, made of real bamboo and Gardner WS85 Wall Sconce Fly Light which comes in white and gold vein colors. These traps come with a glue board to catch the flies. Replacement glue boards and bulbs are available. When placing fly light traps, it is critical that you place it as far away from competing light as possible. Remember to change out the bulbs at least once a year to retain the uv catch.
