Precor IGR Concentrate
Precor Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) lasts up to 7 months with its active ingredient, Methoprene 1.2%. Precor IGR prevents the flea from maturing into adult stages.
Precor IGR is usually used combined with a residual insecticide (to kill the adult fleas), but may be used alone if you can spray it before a flea infestation occurs. Due the life cycle of a flea, Precor IGR takes from 4-6 weeks to entirely work.
|Pro Tips||Precor IGR has been around a long time. I bellieve we started to use and sell it in 1985. I would not think of doing a flea job with out it or some IGR. We also carry Meteor IGR (same thing but a little less expensive).|

Precor IGR Concentrate acts on the immature stages of the life cycle. Flea eggs deposited on or flea larvae crawling onto treated surfaces will not develop into adult fleas. Existing adult fleas and flea pupae are not affected and thus, Precor IGR Concentrate is generally used in conjunction with approved insecticides labeled for adult fleas such as Conquer or D-Fense SC.
To prevent infestations before they start, apply Precor IGR prior to flea season.
