Taurus SC Insecticide and Termiticide with 9.1 % Fipronil has the same active ingredient and label as the well known Termidor SC. Taurus SC is a non-repellent insecticide labeled for termite treatments and home perimeter treatments. Since Taurus is a non-repellent, the insects do not know it is there, so they don't make attempts to avoid it. They will cross over it, and consume or spread Taurus SC throughout the entire colony. It is a water-based suspension concentrate for pre and post-construction termite applications, and to control perimeter pests.
Taurus SC will exterminate termite colonies in a little as 3 months on average. As an ant control product it is proven to be a very effective ant killer working in just a couple of weeks.

Pensive...But happy with the service...Man. I HOPE this stuff works! It'll be a few months to wait and see but the shock of finding these buggers in your walls and destroying my home....arghhh!!!! Great product that kills many types of bugsKills all sorts of bugs not just ants and termites.
A bug doesnt know that its an ant or termite, i have used this product for years living in Florida, Now i live in Alabama i have a different set of bug issues like carpenter bees. I tried traps and glue sheets and didnt catch one. So i treated my wood framed workshops with taurus sc and within 3 days they are all gone, so are the red hornetsPosted on

Five Stars ***** !!!!! Kills Tawny Brown 'Crazy' Ants (Southern US)Do not mistake this ant for the common 'sweet ant' .... it is not THAT type of any. This is an invasive ant from South America, This has been a 7 year battle for us. The former homeowner was a landscaper and used the property to dump all kinds of ant infested wood/veg material. Tried "Suspend"... which was "OK" and a few others. Very expensive with little to no impact. Then I tried Taurus SC...wow...I've never had zero ants at the edge of my patio slab. Usually a spray would just slow them down. This stuff actually kills them. In FL we have sandy soil so if you have clay it may be more difficult to get to the nest. Treat the edges of slabs, stones, posts. I use a 'stream' setting (not a mist)

Easy and EconomicalEasy enough to use and economical. You do have to prepare by obtaining good equipment and there is labor involved in digging a 6x6 inch trench around the foundation of your house, but if you can make the proper preparations (watch some D-I-Y videos, read the field manual, etc.), you can knock this out in 1-2 days over the weekend with protection of your home for 5 years or more. What a weight off my shoulders!
