Crab Grass..not so good
Used over the last year. It does knock down weeds but doesn't touch Crab grass. I have applied via the instructions. Waited to after mowing, used the oil etc. I have done multiple times and NOTHING. I think the Crab grass is greener than before. Other weeds are dying but not the Crab grass.

Works Great
I've used this stuff before and it works great. I have a few empty lots around my yard and it gets infested with crabgrass as well as other weeds. The pre-emergent crabgrass control does not seem to work for my lawn. I just wait till the crabgrass rears it ugly sprouts and then apply the XLR8. It takes about a week for it to do the job, but a job well done.

I didn't know I had so many weeds
This stuff is amazing. I sprayed my backyard and by the 3rd the weeds starting turning brown. I didn't realize I had so many weeds underneath my Bermuda grass.

Works like a charm
I bought a bottle of this stuff a year ago. I've gone through about half of it. When I use it I mix it in a fine mist sprayer with 2-4D, a surfactant and blue dye. I treat my lawn about 3 or 4 times a season beginning in late June. I live on Cape Cod. I put a pre-emergent crabgrass killer down in May. I use either Dimension or Tupersan as a crabgrass preventer. I use Dimension if I'm not overseeding and I use Tupersan if I am seeding. I like Dimension better but the circumstances dictate which one I will use. Hope this helps. I have the best lawn in the neighborhood by far. Also, I have less and less crabgrass every year.

I not only get excellent crabgrass control, I also get results on Horsetail or Marestail in my pasture as well as results on morning glory.

There are a number of options that can be looked at to obtain control of resistant crabgrass. Give us a call at 800-476-3368 and a turf specialist can help troubleshoot the issue.
