WorksI used this product to kill a large colony of wasps that had built a nest inside of a brick wall. I pumped a generous amount of the dust into the small opening using the B&G bulb M1150. As far as I can tell all the wasp were dead after about four hours.

M1150 DusterWOW! Used with Tempo Dust to rid myself of carpenter bees, puff, puff and the bees were gone. Had a pro come in last spring and he use a similar duster to rid a nest of European Hornets. Coin place in the bulb is a good idea to keep the dust loose.

Good Purchase, I Highly RecommendVery pleased with this item. I have used many times in the short period of time I have had it. Placing a penny inside to keep the dust from caking works great.

Hard to fill; hard to empty; impossible to cleanIt was very hard to put dust in it and hard to get the excess dust out since the hole was so small. As far as cleaning, which they recommended if you weren't going to use it for awhile, it was impossible. I would half fill it with water; shake vigorously and empty, and must have done this 100 times, and still didn't get clear water. A duster needs to be designed so it can screw off at the middle or a little higher for easy access to the inside rather than just through the hole the dust comes out.

DIY RESPONSE: Sorry you had issues with the duster. We'll forward your feedback to B&G Manufacturers. Most containers of dust come with a spout that you can pour into the large mouth hole of the duster, but if you're using something like a 5lb bucket of dust, you may need to use some type of scoop. Typically we don't clean dusters since they have a cap that will keep the dust dry. It makes sense that you might want to clean it if you were going to change dusts, but getting it perfectly clean on the inside is unlikely required in most cases.Posted on

Bulb dusterThIs duster met our needs 100%. Easy access to a tiny hole in a corner of the roofline. The selection of extensions came with it, so you don't need to buy those unless you just want extra.
It would be nice if the extensions were a little longer.Posted on
