Eliminates beggar weed (creeping)
Live on the West coast of FL near Tampa Bay, was using Weed-B-Gone for Southern lawns and it got most weeds, except for beggar weed which it sometimes killed but it always came back and then appeared to become resistant (this weed covers your socks/pant legs with small flat oval shaped green seeds). Also, Weed-B-Gone had a hard time wetting out the surface of the leaves (even with added soap), and caused some damage to the St. Augustine grass, but was okay on the Bahia (have a mixed grass lawn with one side yard and part of the backyard St. Augustine).

So gave Speedzone Southern a try, support recommended 1.5 oz/Gal in spot applications (I use a backpack sprayer and just spray the weeds). Very impressed with it, wets out the leaves and kills the beggar weed, and does not damage any of the grasses (besides Bahia and St. Augustine, probably have ~4 other types of grass). Next time I will buy the marking dye, since beggar weed can blend in with some grasses. Followed the instructions exactly for mixing, and made sure that 3 hr after I was done the air temp. was still <90oF with no rain of course. What a relief my lawn looks great!, was ready to call in a lawn service if this did not work. I also thought I would need to sod ~400 sq/ft this spring because the weeds had taken over areas of the shaded backyard leaving almost no grass, but now the grass has filled in so no need to sod!
