the contractor that built the house recommended this product so i bought some
we did three new house yards in Peoria Arizona. you can hear weeds grow here because of the heat. add a little rain and all heck lets loose.
I covered the 3 yards with a little more than they recommend and I left for the summer. came back in October and not one weed. we had a lot of rain in January and only then did we start seeing a few weeds.
all 3 households are kicking in to buy more for this year and we have several other neighbors that saw our results and want to get in on the application and purchase. a 50 pound bag covers an acre so we are splitting on bags to cut cost and then we can order more in a couple of years. this stuff really does work.

Works great!!
Been battling weeds in my gardens and flower beds for years. Tried the stuff you can get at the big box stores but nothing worked. This stuff is GREAT. Works very well and can be used all around most of my plants/trees (can't be used near begonias or coleus + a very few other plants that I don't have anyway). It doesn't eliminate every sprouting weed but it certainly makes the job of weeding less intense because now I only have 20% of the weeds I had before I started using this last year. Hoping that a new application this year will prevent even more weeds but even if it doesn't - it's worth it for what it does control.
