Return Policy + Refunds
- Returns may be costly, please call us for product assistance.
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on any unopened (unused) products except bedbug mattress, furniture encasements, bedbug mattress liners, and bedbug inspection suits. We cannot accept returns on these bedbug items. Please measure your bed or furniture carefully before purchasing these items.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Any item damaged during transit follows the 30-day return policy. Please inspect all items carefully after delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to our facility.
- A restock fee of $8.50 per shipping box returned will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund on your original method of payment (Visa, Paypal, etc).
- Expedited shipping costs cannot be refunded if the order is returned.
- We recommend sending returns to us with an insured receipt for your protection.

Your Refund: Since your refund is on a credit card, here are some numbers you should know:
- 2-7 - business days it takes for your package to get to our Suwanee, Ga location.
- 2-5 - days it takes for us to inspect and process your return back into inventory and complete the processing of your refund.
- 2-10 - business days it takes for your financial institution to post your credit back to your account.
Reward Points: Reward Points from the refunded items will be forfeited.
