Return Policy + Refunds
- Returns may be costly, please call us for product assistance.
- Please include a copy of your invoice.
- We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days from the date you receive it except for the following exceptions.
- Live animal traps and cages can not be returned.
- Bedbug mattress, box spring, and furniture encasements, bedbug mattress liners, and bedbug inspection suits. Please measure your bed or furniture carefully before purchasing these items.
- All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to our facility.
- Refunds On Free Standard Shipping Options: We provide a full refund, less any outgoing shipping cost on all standard free shipping orders. Please email or call 1-800-476-3368 #7109 Lisa Martin for any questions on outbound shipping costs. Please include your order number.
- Refunds on Upgraded Shipping Options: (Ground, 3-Business Day Select, 2nd Business Day or Next Business Day Air) shipping method costs will not be refunded on returned orders. There will be no refunds for exceptions to timely delivery, such as weather conditions, holidays, or wrong shipping addresses. See Shipping methods for any exceptions to timely shipments that would void any refunds.
- Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund on your original method of payment (Visa, Paypal, etc).
- We recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (e.g. UPS or the U.S. Postal Service insured mail), so you can track your shipment back to us.
- If an order is refused or undeliverable, any shipping fees (what UPS charges for a return) and the outbound shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the order.
- Any item that has been damaged during transit, please notify us immediately for correction. Damaged goods are not part of this return policy if notified within 7 days from the day you receive it.

Your Refund: Since your refund is on a credit card, here are some numbers you should know:
- 2-7 - business days it takes for your package to get to our Suwanee, Ga location.
- 2-5 - days it takes for us to inspect and process your return back into inventory and complete the processing of your refund.
- 2-10 - business days it takes for your financial institution to post your credit back to your account.
Reward Points: Reward Points from the refunded items will be forfeited.
