More Instructions

Use Bifen XTS at a lower rate in the early Spring to control overwintered Mole Crickets. Use the higher rate in late- Summer or early Fall to control adult Mole Crickets.

To ensure that the best control of Armyworms, Cutworms, and Sod Webworms is achieved, postpone watering or mowing for 24 hours following application of Bifen XTS.

Ornamentals and Trees: Dilute 0.26 to 1.28 fl. oz. of Bifen XTS per 10 gallons of water and apply at the rate of 10 gallons per 4,356 square feet. One gallon of finish spray will treat 435 sq. ft. If a higher volume application is needed to sufficiently cover the plant canopy, Bifen XTS can be diluted in large volumes of water and applied through low volume equipment as long as the maximum label rate (1.28 fluid ounces per 4,356 square feet) is not exceeded.

Works good
Used on fire ants last summer and fall. Worked great - but as expected, the ants are regrouping for attacks this spring.

Awesome
Was recommended by a friend to control the mosquitos. Normal pest control company wanted to charge $30 a month. This works even better, within 24 hours we noticed such a difference.
Has worked wonders on ants also, (those were the only problems we had)
Did not notice any odor, is known to be pet friendly so a big plus.
Easy to apply and a GREAT DEAL!
Make sure to read instructions so you can dilute it properly.
Would highly recommend, shipping was also great. ordered thursday night and was on my porch Friday afternoon. AWESOME!

OUTSTANDING PRODUCT
I use for roach, ant, fireant and termite control with 90 day application standard. Infestation is negligible after use even when apartment is overrun with roaches. 24 hours no bugs with retreat in 2 weeks to take care of egg hatch. Awesome product with minimal odor. Residue is white and last more than 90 days with no bugs. Flying or otherwise. Best pest control I have used at any price. Fire ants are instant results with treatment only when active mound found.

Excellent product and cost effective
Make sure you read the label! This product can be reduced to a mere 1/3 ounce per gallon of water for maintenance control around the perimeter of the home. I also use it as a broadcast style spray in the yard. I have a 15 gallon tank on my 4 wheeler so the application is quite simple either using the spray wand or nozzles. Achieving control around the exterior of the structure means I need not use this product indoors.

By the way, our State Bird is the Mosquito. in addition we have box elder beetles, carpenter ants, Asian beetles and of course the common spiders, vermin, etc.

Anyway, I have had good success with this product. I generally apply it about every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain "control". The bang for your buck was my primary consideration and I would recommend this product.

I liked it
I have been using permethrin for my pine beetles and it seemed like I was not getting the results I used to. I called and was told to buy Bifen XTS and it worked good. The only thing I didn't like about it was the smell. It was outside in the yard but mixing it was smelly. Overall I am pleased.
