Cyzmic CS Insecticide - Encapsulated & Controlled Release
Cyzmic CS insecticide combines the extended control of a microencapsulated formulation with a powerful knock down to provide long lasting control for a broad spectrum of insects.
Cyzmic CS is a controlled release insecticide, with Lambda-Cyhalothrin 9.7%, just like Demand CS. It has little to no odor.
Alternate products with the same active ingredient, Lambda-Cyhalothrin 9.7% are:
- Has reduced applicator exposure.
- Compare to micro-encapsulated Demand CS. Cyzmic CS is a Pyrethroid, microencapsulated water-based formulation with the same label as Demand CS.
- Cyzmic CS is a capsulated suspension containing Lambda-Cyhalothrin and the innovative encapsulation technology, CapVantage. The broad label includes applications for structural and perimeter pest control (including food handling), animal housing, turf grass and ornamentals. Phytotoxicity has not been observed on the wide range of ornamental plants tested.
- The structure of the capsules is what makes CapVantageTechnology unique. Capsule wall thickness is varied among the capsules so that the active ingredient is released at controlled intervals, providing a long lasting residual.
- Provides applicators with many benefits including reduced exposure to active ingredient, easy measuring, little to no odor, easy mixing with herbicides, insecticides, fungicides and liquid fertilizers, and reduced clogging of spray equipment.
- Cyzmic CS be used on porous and non-porous surfaces with little or no staining.
- For indoor applications, can be reapplied at 21-day intervals if necessary.
8 oz yields: 10-40 gallons of finished solution.

Pro Tips Cyzmic CS Insecticide has an active ingredient that has been the workhorse of the pest control industry for over 10 years. I like it for controlling the insects that enter from the outside. I don't suggest Cyzmic CS for ants or german roaches. Cyzmic CS is comparable to Demand CS but less expensive. You can pick up a really good sprayer for about 20 bucks if you get the Cyzmic -Sprayer Combo Packaging 8 oz and 32 oz Manufacturer Control Solutions Product Label Cyzmic CS Label MSDS Cyzmic CS MSDS Target Pest
Cyzmic CS controls a broad spectrum of insects including: Ants, Bed bugs (adults), Bees, Boxelder Bugs, Carpenter Bees, Carpet Beetles, Centipedes, Cigarette Beetles, Clover Mites, Cockroaches, Confused Flour Beetles, Crickets, Earwigs, Firebrats, Fleas, Flies, Lesser Grain Borers, Litter Beetles (adult/immature stages such as Darkling, Hide and Carrion), Millipedes, Mosquitoes, Pillbugs, Red Flour Beetles, Rice Weevils, Saw-toothed Grain Beetles, Scorpions, Silverfish, Sowbugs, Spiders, Termites (above ground only), Ticks, Wasps.
Bedbugs: Clean floors and surfaces by vacuuming. Apply as a coarse, low-pressure spray to harborage areas including crevices, baseboards, loose plaster, behind bed frames and headboards, beneath beds and furniture, and to bedsprings and bed frames. Do not apply to furniture surfaces or mattresses where people will be laying or sitting. Infested bedding should not be treated, but should be removed, placed in sealed plastic bags, and taken for laundering and drying at high temperatures.
Cockroaches, Crickets, Earwigs, Firebrats, Silverfish, and Spiders
Cockroaches, Crickets, Earwigs, Firebrats, Silverfish, and Spiders: Apply as a coarse, low pressure spray to areas where these pests hide, such as baseboards, corners, storage areas, closets, around water pipes, doors and windows, attics and eaves, cabinets, behind and under refrigerators, sinks, furnaces and stoves, the underside of shelves, drawers and similar areas. Pay particular attention to cracks and crevices; also see Outdoor Surfaces Use.
Bees, Flies, Mosquitoes, and Wasps
Bees, Flies, Mosquitoes, and Wasps: Apply directly to walls, ceilings, window screens, and other resting areas as a residual surface treatment.May be used inside residential buildings as well as in and around carports, garages, and storage sheds; also see Outdoor Surfaces Use.Use caution when treating nests of stinging insects as CYZMIC CS does not provide instant knock down. Protective equipment for the applicator may be required. Treat bee, wasp and hornet nests late in the day when most insects will be present. Allow 2-3 days fo the colony to die and repeat after 21 days, if necessary.
Apply coarse spray to thoroughly wet wood surfaces where bees have been previously active or to provide protection against further damage. Apply early in the spring to prevent bees from invading wood. When bees have infested wood, surface applications can help control embedded larvae and bees that emerge from the wood.
Pantry Pests(i.e., Carpet beetle, Cigarette beetle, Confused flour beetle, Lesser grain borer, Red flour beetle, Rice weevil, and Saw-toothed grain beetle):Apply to cupboards, shelving, and storage areas.Remove all utensils, uncovered foodstuffs (or any having original package opened), and shelf paper before making application. Allow treated surfaces to dry and cover shelves with clean paper before replacing any utensils, foodstuff, or other items. Any foodstuff accidentally contaminated with treatment solution should be destroyed.
Boxelder Bugs, Centipedes, Millipedes, Pillbugs, and Sowbugs:
Boxelder Bugs, Centipedes, Millipedes, Pillbugs, and Sowbugs: Apply around doors and windows and other places where these pests may be found or where they may enter premises. Treat baseboards, storage areas, and other locations. Also see Outdoor Surfaces Use.
Apply in late summer or early fall before flies are observed alighting on surfaces. Apply thoroughly on siding, under eaves, and around windows and doors, paying particular attention to south-facing surfaces, but do not allow runoff to occur. Heavy precipitation prior to frost may require retreatments to maintain protection. In winter and spring when flies become active and are emerging, interior crack and crevice and void treatments can help reduce the infestation, along with ULV or general surface application in infested attics or unoccupied lofts.

- Love it!
Will be ordering again since spring is coming. I always used diazinon until it was taken off the market and told this is the next best to use and it is!
I have a huge phobia of spiders and so far has worked well and keeping them away!
- Great Stuff
I used Demand CS a lot when I was a professional Pest Control Tech. This has the same active ingredient. It really works well, especially in hot weather. I make sure I get it into all cracks and crevices and put down a good barrier. I don't have bugs like the neighbors do.
- inexpensive quality
easy to use, inexpensive and very effective - no stains is a huge plus
- Great stuff for the cost conscious
Mix as much or as little as you want in a cheap sprayer from the store. This and the crack and crevice tool are all you will ever need.
- Roaches and Spiders No More
I was having a terrible time with large cockroaches and spiders crawling across my feet at my computer desk (creepy). The desk is next to a wall with a raised floor. I have a feeling the bugs live in the space under the raised floor and come out at the seams. I sprayed this all along the seam at the baseboard. I haven't seen a spider since and all the roaches that come out now start twitching and die in the living room floor. haha
- Works great in the Florida Keys
I hate scorpions and I used to get them in the house. I use Cyzmic CS at a little greater than usual strength and anytime I see a scorpion now, he (or she) is dying or dead. Perfect. Of course there are no other pest insects in the house either.
- Unbelievable stuff. You can't go wrong here.
I've been using this now for about 8 or so years. Switched from Demon & Cyper WP because they leave a white residue once dry. If you have a dark colored house, this is unsightly. Not this. Drys clear and lasts for months. I spray twice a year. and that's it. No bugs. Just a great all arond insecticide. So is Demon and Cyper, if you don't mind the white residue. Highly recommend. Take care in spraying. Use safety glasses, dress properly and use mask if your so inclined. After seeing what it does to bugs, spiders and the like, I certainly don't want to ingest this stuff. There have been no ill effects around pets or kids.....or me. Just keep the fur & yur children away when wet and don't spray in areas where they are likly to come into contact. No need as spraying in perimeter and cracks, up high in awnings is good enough.
- Last a long time
Sprayed this back in march and it's still working against earwigs. Haven't seen one in a long time.
- The only good bug is a dead bug
Had bugs & spiders. Sprayed this (mixed with water of course) around the house and I haven't seen a bug or spider in the house in over a year. Definitely recommend this stuff. Magic? Don't care.
- will not work for saw-tailed flies
Sprayed, sprayed and sprayed again: no effect on these saw tailed flies.
- No More commercial Pest Control
I was paying $35 each month for pest control ($420 per year) and still seeing roaches between spraying. I fired the commercial guys and started doing it myself. It now only costs me about $3.00 per month (saving $384 per year) and there are NO bugs. I highly recommend Cyzmic CS.
- Good product
Use it instead of commercial pest services. Works great. I apply monthly to the outside of the house, and quarterly spot treatment on the inside. No bugs!
- Awsome product
I have seen great results from this insecticide. Spiders do not stand a chance. I highly recommend it!!
- Recommened it to local friends
We bought this product because we had bed bugs and it worked after two applications. We told a friend about it, he asked us to order it for him because he had fleas and he said it worked. Two other friend's have asked us to order it for them after. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!
- Pretty good against most bugs
I live in the south so we get a lot of random bugs coming in the house for most of the year except winter. I started spraying this stuff around the outside walls and underneath the sink in my kitchen. Since doing that for a few seasons I've only seen a few spiders and some occasional roaches. All other bugs have disappeared. This is my second bottle. Hope it continues to work like it did last year.
- I would suggest Cyamic CS again to anyone
I would suggest Cyamic CS again to anyone. I had tried an Ortho product a couple of years ago, that I mixed with water and sprayed my house for Lady Bugs and it didn't touch them. I read somewhere that you have to spray in the fall for lady bugs, so that is what I did. I sprayed the Ortho last October...still had them coming in all over the place. It drove us crazy.I had to vacuum all day long. This time I used Cyzmic CS last fall...what a difference! No more beetles!. It also took care of my spiders and roaches..great product. They were very helpful on the phone , I will use this company again.
- Great Stuff
- Very effective for eliminating Stink Bugs. Easy to use. Long lasting. Once applied treatment is good for about 3 months. Has a long (2 yr) shelf life once mixed. Works inside and out.
- used around and in the home
- awsome product. lasted 2 years when mixed and applied acoroding to the label. very impressed
